Rescue Stories

One of our Ambulances collected an unwell cygnet from West Sussex Wildlife Protection and transferred it directly to The Swan Sanctuary for specialist care.
We’re grateful for the swift response and collaboration to ensure the young swan receives the treatment it needs.

We were involved in collecting a seagull from Sompting Wildlife Rescue and transporting it to The Swan Sanctuary for further care.

We received a call from concerned members of the public who had heard unusual noises coming from their basement.On arrival, we discovered the source two tiny tawny owls, a little worse for wear but safe. They’ve now been brought in for overnight care and will be assessed further to ensure they’re fit and well.We’re always on hand during weekends and overnight hours when rescue centres are closed, ready to respond when wildlife needs us most.
