By booking with Animal Animal & Rescue, you agree to the following:
1. Booking & Cancellations
• Standard bookings require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.
• Emergency call-outs are subject to driver availability.
• Cancellations within 12 hours may incur a 50% fee.
2. Transport & Safety
• All animals must be safely restrained during transport.
• We provide crates, safety straps, and temperature-controlled vehicles.
• Owners must disclose health or behavioural concerns in advance.
3. Owner Responsibility
• You are responsible for ensuring your pet is fit to travel.
• Animal Welfare Services is not liable for undeclared pre-existing health issues.
• Pets must be collected on time unless a return journey is booked.
4. Payment
• Full payment is required on or before collection.
• We accept cash, card, or bank transfer.
• Emergency transport pricing starts at £50 and may vary depending on time/distance.
5. Emergencies & Liability
• In medical emergencies, we will transport to the nearest veterinary clinic unless otherwise instructed.
• While we take every precaution, Animal Welfare Services accepts no liability for injury,
illness, or loss unless due to proven negligence.
