As a veterinary led non profit service we place welfare above all else ensuring that decisions are always made in the best interests of the animal not financial gain.
 

We provide a dedicated animal ambulance service operating 24 hours a day, 365 days a year delivering urgent and emergency support with a level of clinical oversight you would expect within veterinary practice. Whether stabilising a patient in a time critical situation or ensuring safe transfer between facilities. Our approach is centred on minimising stress, maintaining comfort and supporting the best possible outcomes.
 

Alongside emergency response we offer professional routine transport for pets including veterinary visits, specialist referrals and longer-distance journeys. Each transfer is carefully managed to provide a calm, secure and low stress environment recognising that even routine travel can be significant for both animals and their owners.
 

Our vehicles are equipped to an advanced clinical standard enabling us to monitor and support patients throughout their journey. This includes oxygen therapy, multiparameter monitoring (electrocardiography, temperature, non invasive blood pressure, and pulse oximetry) infusion pumps, syringe drivers and a full range of emergency and first aid consumables.

 

We also utilise specialist handling and lifting equipment including stretchers and supportive aids to ensure animals are moved safely,  gently and with dignity at all times.
 

We are equally committed to the welfare of wildlife. Our rescue service operates during evenings, nights and weekends providing timely assistance to injured or vulnerable wild animals.

 

Each case is handled with care and respect with onward transfer to appropriate rehabilitation centres where expert treatment can be provided and wherever possible a return to the wild achieved.

As a non-profit organisation many of our services including wildlife rescue, support for authorities and animal welfare interventions are provided free of charge. This allows us to respond where the need is greatest without hesitation or barrier.
